End-user On-site training will be performed during the Project completion and handover stage. Knowledge Transfer Session will be organized by our Project Managers and Lead technicians. Our team will demonstrate how to operate your system and answer questions about the equipment and its functions. Group training and hands-on training sessions will provide detailed instruction on the equipment, system operation and basic trouble shooting. Questions regarding operation and maintenance will be answered and individual training can be performed, if requested.

Intuitive and customized AV User manuals will be prepared by our Project team and hard copies of those will be submitted for future references.
